With the plasterers confirmed for next week, we've been starting to plan out the painting and decorating. This lead me to calculate the sizes of areas we'll be covering:

Floor area for "hard" covering (kitchen, bathrooms, etc): 102 m2
Floor area for "soft" covering (lounge, bedrooms, stairs): 124 m2
Total floor area: 226 m2

Total wall area: 635 m2
Total ceiling area: 230 m2
Total area to be painted (walls + ceilings): 865 m2

That's a lot of paint!

The suggestion is that we use Ecos paint - costs are being investigated.
